Double Room available

Hello,
I have a double room available to rent from mid- august. I am a live in landlord but the flat will be pretty much yours to use since I will only need access to the flat only one day a week.
The flat is in a great location with Waun-Gron train station less than 5 mins walk away with direct route to Cardiff Central. The centre of Canton is 20 mins walk with lots of pubs, cafes and lots of other shops etc.
The flat is currently being renovated so will be uploading photos within the next few days, the double room will be furnished with bed & wardrobe.
Couples are welcome and would consider a pet but there will be an increased price (for couples) due to the extra bills.
