I have a double room for rent

The room itself is fully furnished, not pictured is a wardrobe that will be placed in the room shortly. It has had new carpet, curtains and bed frame added. It is spacious with plenty of room and a south east facing window that benefits from a lot of sunlight.

The rest of the property is kept to a high standard made up of the following;

Living room/dining room is spacious with lounge seating for 5/6, the TV has both BT and Sky Sports (I’m an F1 fan) as well as sky entertainment, movies and Netflix.

The dining room table extends to seat 6 but I normally keep it at its shorter length.

The kitchen has both a washing machine and dishwasher as well as gas hob/oven

The bathroom is downstairs

The garden has had a lot of work done and benefits from lovely evening sun

About me: I’m Sam, I’m 29 and currently working full time as a civil servant. I’m quite sociable and enjoy watching films/sports. I love cooking, especially for groups and enjoy having friends round for a BBQ in the summer

I’m ideally looking for someone between 25-33, no gender preference.

The house is right next to Bute Park, is a 20 minute walk to the city centre through the park and has bus links less than a minute walk away. There is a smaller tescos less than a minute away and a larger superstore around a 15 minute walk away.
