Hiya! I give up my double room because I’m undertaking a year abroad at uni.
3 bedroom’s house in Roath. The price is £342 per month (water, rent, internet and council) plus £35/45 for electricity every 3 months. The landlord pays for the gas so the bills don't go up in the winter. You also have to pay one rent month deposit (£279.6)
Whoever took my place would live with two Spaniards, one man and one woman, both 29. The entry date would be September 1.
