This double room is available from 01/10/2022. It is situated a 15 minute walk from Cardiff City Centre and is a short walk from City Road. The room comes with a private office room located next to the bedroom, ideal for those that work from home.

Rent = £400pcm, bills excluded.

Shared spaces - living room; second office/miscellaneous room; kitchen, bathroom & garden.

We are 2 girls aged 24 and 26, looking for a third housemate to sign with us for another year as our current housemate unfortunately has to relocate from 01/10/22.

Although the room is not available for another couple of months, the documents need to be signed in the next 6 weeks, so please show interest as soon as possible!
