A room with own en-suite facilities in a terraced property in Canton available from 1st December 2025.

Other rooms are/will be shared with other occupants including an utility room with washing machine and drier, and a fully fitted large kitchen with sofa seating. There is also access through bi-fold doors to a secluded patio area.

The property is within easy reach of the Chapter Arts Centre and other amenities along Cowbridge Road. It is close to three parks, and to a main bus route to the city centre.

I'm looking for a professional person to rent the room in a quiet house. I would welcome visiting academics or NHS personnel on short lets or for longer periods, Other professional people also welcome to come for a short or long-term let.

Bills are not included in the rent, namely electricity, and water.
