Spacious house in Roath

I'm looking for a further lodger to join me as a housemate at my property in Roath. It's important to me that whoever moves in is a good fit for the house and easy to live with. I can be relatively flexible on move in dates.

About me:

- I'm 32 and work as an accountant. I currently work in Bristol and find myself back & forth from home in Cardiff, often at weekends.

- I'm fairly active and enjoy all sport, particularly golf which I play regularly over the Summer months. I'm a member of a gym locally.

- I'm a keen traveller

What I'm looking for:

- friendly, clean and tidy housemates!
- you must be in full time employment, ideally not working from home all the time.
- if you have a partner they are welcome to stay over 1-2 nights throughout the week. I'm happy for you to have friends over occasionally during the week and at weekends providing they are respectful and considerate to your housemates.

Location:

- Easy access to M4 and A48
- 10 minute taxi to City Centre
- 5 minute walk to Roath Park Lake
- Short walk to amenities on Wellfield Road and Albany Road.
- 5 minute drive to Morrisons, Sainsburys and Aldi supermarkets
- Nearest Gyms - The Gym (Newport Road), David Lloyd

- 1 bathroom plus a further toilet downstairs
