Looking for an additional housemate to join myself and Tom in our house in Roath. Looking for someone we get on well with and is a good housemate. No undergraduate students but phd students considered.

We're both fairly outdoorsy often walking, climbing golfing etc. I am also regularly at the beach windsufing and surfing and also into music.

House Details:

- Spare room at front for used as office / extra storage
- Ground floor room available with integrated wardrobe backing onto back yard with double glass doors. (Mattress not provided)
- Paved back yard with BBQ and bench.
- Separate modern toilet and shower room on ground floor.
- House comes with white goods, bed frames, sofas and integrated wardrobes.

Will require references etc if you proceed as we will have to change the tenancy with the landlord.
