I have a lovely house with a double room available to rent. My current lodger is moving to buy her own home. There are three bedrooms in the house and a large comfy living room. You will have full use of your own bathroom.

There is unlimited internet access, sky tv, garden, two bathrooms and spare room to do ironing and laundry.

You will have your own space for parking and it is a 2 minute walk to sainsburys and 30 minute walk to heath hospital. Newport road is two minutes away and has access to all main bus routes.

I am a female looking for someone clean and easy going to share with. Strictly no smoking in the property as I have asthma.
