A furnished room is available to professional from Mid-June 2024, in a 5-Bedroom house in Inglefield Ave, Heath.
The house has 5 Double bedrooms, a shared kitchen and a lounge with sofas, a dining table and chairs
The room available is downstairs, with a window & curtains, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed and bedside cabinet, as well as under bed storage space. The room is secure with a lock
Your other housemates will be 2 men and 2 ladies resident in the house - various nationalities. There is also a small white dog, a Bichon frise, resident at the house. She is usually in her owner’s room upstairs, but sometimes Olivia comes downstairs and into the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are 2 large fridge-freezers and kitchen cupboards to share
There is a bathroom with loo and also a shower room with loo.
There is a pleasant garden, with an astroturf lawn, a clothes line and some table & chairs. There are some roses, raspberry canes and herbs growing
The house & garden are clean and well maintained
Excellent EE Internet is provided
The house is an easy 5-minute walk to Heath hospital (UHW), Inglefield Avenue is near Whitchurch Road and off Allensbank Road, so it is a great location for workers at the University Hospital Wales (Heath Hospital), also close to Companies House. It’s also convenient for Cardiff University, Welsh College of Music & Drama or those looking to take a walk or bus ride into Cardiff City Centre.
It’s a 10 minute walk to Roath park and the Lake
The area provides everything you need on your doorstep. A Sainsbury’s Local and COOP are nearby, as well as a very good selection of shops, restaurants, takeaways, bars and pubs on Whitchurch Road, and Crwys Road.
