Located in the northern suburb of Cardiff, the house is within a 15 minute amble to UHW/Heath hospital and a 5 minute walk to popular independent shops, cafes, bars, restaurants & charity shops along Whitchurch and Crwys roads.
It's also conveniently placed for other major employers in the region due to great road links to the A470, A48 & M4, making it a popular choice for various professional backgrounds.
A bus-stop is positioned opposite the house, so housemates are well connected and can easily access various bus links to and from Cardiff city centre. The cycle lane runs directly outside the house too so if you're eco conscious then this is a great place to live outside the city centre!

In the house there are two large bathrooms so less sharing! Outside there's a large garden laid to patio which is ideal for socialising, especially in the summer months. The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen with: pots/pans/plates/utensils/Nespresso machine etc included.

All bills are included within the rent including:
-Virgin broadband
-council tax
-TV licence for communal TV
-water
-gas & electric.
A complementary cleaner will be provided twice monthly for communal areas.

Managed by a professional and contactable independent landlord. We maintain our houses to a high standard and conform or aim to exceed all legal and safety requirements. We aim to respond to maintenance issues without delay.

-No parking permits available, however there are some non-permit zones very close to the house that tenants have been able to use without issue.

- Successful applicants will undergo previous landlord references, credit and employment checks
- A holding fee of £100.00 will be payable to secure the property. This will be deducted from the final balance payable upon moving into the property, subject to a successful application.
We reserve the right to retain this payment should the applicant have provided false or misleading information at the time of applying for the contract or failed to take reasonable steps to enter into the contract agreement.
