Rent is 650 inclusive of water, electricity, broadband. No additional fees.

There is gym, swimming pool, 24 hour concierge in the compound. 

You will be sharing the flat with a professional guy. He is from India working in Cardiff for a bank. He works 3 days from the office and rest from home. He is a super friendly person that would give you complete privacy during your stay.
