Double room in friendly house with cat (bills inc)

We have a room to let in our terrace house in Cathays. You would be sharing with a couple in their thirties and two fluffy cats. Move in date from June but can be flexible, we aren't in a hurry - it's more important to find the right fit. Ideal for those looking for work accomodation, post-grad students or a stop-gap rather than a very long term houseshare.
Bills are included.

House is a stones throw from everything you need.. great restaurants, coffee shops etc, supermarkets, universities and green spaces like Roath and Bute Park. Some good spots for live music nearby, and a 20 minute walk into centre of town. We do have student neighbors so it can be a bit lively in freshers etc, this has not really been an issue for us, but wouldn't suit someone who is very sensitive to sounds - in fact I would avoid Cathays alltogether if that's the case lol.

We have been renting a room in our house for a few years now and really enjoy it. We have exchanged some great food, films, music and conversation but best of all have met some incredible people along the way...

Ella works in set design, often working away for long stints at a time and James works from home as a data analyst. We are easy-going and respect each others space and keep it pretty low-key... I would say we are more on the introverted than extroverted end and would suit someone who doesn't like to always bounce off or offload on others and we offer the same in return if that suits you. It's definitely not a party house and wouldn't suit someone who likes to host lots of guests.

There is some street parking but it gets very busy in eves. We do have space to store a bike if needed.

Smoking isn't a problem but in the garden.

* Room doesn't have masses of storage so wouldn't suit someone with loads of things - (have added a couple hanging rails now which are not shown in the pictures.)

* We would like someone who cleans up after themselves...
