Double room in friendly house with cat (bills inc)

We have a room to let in our terrace house in Cathays. All bills are included. You would be sharing with a couple in their early thirties and two fluffy cats. Move in date can be flexible, it's more important to us to share with the right person :)

We have been renting our spare room for a few years now and have really enjoyed getting to meet different people and share stories, experiences, cooking and music etc. That being said we also value our own space to decompress too (the house is big enough that this is never an issue, but would suit someone of a similar mindset that doesn't always want to bounce of people).We are easy-going and respect each others space and keep it pretty low-key... It's definitely not a party house.

There is some street parking but it gets busy in eves. We do have space to store a bike if needed.

Smoking isn't a problem but in the garden.

* Room doesn't have masses of storage so wouldn't suit someone with loads of things - (have added a couple hanging rails now which are not shown in the pictures.)
* Shared bathroom
* We would like someone who cleans up after themselves.
* Between ages of 27 and 40 please
* No cat haters! :)
