Room available in friendly houseshare

We are three girlies looking for a fourth housemate to join our lovely relaxed and social home in Maindy/Gabalfa. It's a 2-minute walk from Bute Park, 20 minutes to big Tesco's/Aldi and 30-40 minutes into town (only 10 minutes on the bus).

Rebecca (28) and Abby (31) are Occupational Therapists and Lou (30) is a producer. We are a mixture of vegan, pescatarian and flexitarian (only eats meat occasionally) and would be looking for a like-minded person to join us.

Ideally, you will be a young professional who would enjoy spending time in the communal space and sometimes eating communally (don’t worry we also respect our privacy and personal space!).

The room is cosy but fits a schmol double (the current tenant has a single), and there is plenty of storage in the communal areas. Rent for the room is £300pm excluding bills which typically come in around £80pp (atm) + council tax. The room comes unfurnished; however, the current tenant is open to negotiations for reselling some of the furniture.
