We welcome an individual who is clean, tidy and respectful. Foreign/exchange or PhD students are welcome as are working professionals. We are excellently situated for NHS professionals at the Heath - rotational or otherwise.

The studio is ideally situated for those who want peace & quiet to work or relax, yet need easy fast access to the city centre. Cardiff's Universities and the National Indoor Athletics Centre (NIAC) are just 3 miles away, as is the University Hospital of Wales (Heath Hospital / The Heath).

There is plenty of parking with no local restrictions. We have really good link roads to the A48 and M4.

Trains: Llanishen is a 6 minute walk from the house. It takes just 2 minutes to get to Health High Level (USW/Heath Hospital) 5 minutes to Cardiff Queen Street, 10 minutes to Cardiff Central and 14 minutes to Cardiff Bay.

Buses: The number 28 bus stops opposite the house & is easy to catch into Cardiff. It leaves every 30 minutes during the day, or 60 minutes in the evening.

Proof of ID by valid passport / UK driving license is mandatory. A £650 deposit will be required.
