Landlord lives locally and is very quick to respond and assist with any
problems. They are very understanding and helpful.
This house is a lovely property, with all the modern fixings. It is on a quieter
family street but is still within walking distance of Newport Road and the
city centre.
Being just off Splott Road, we have the post office, Co-op, cafes,
takeaways and a bus stop just a two-minute walk away.
The downstairs bathroom has a "rain" shower and freestanding bath.
There is also an upstairs toilet.
There is a private garden area, perfect for catching the sun in the summer.

The room itself is downstairs and has a double glass door to the back garden.. The room includes a double bed and a wardrobe. Many plug sockets available in the room with integrated USB ports.

We are two men (26 and 25) and one woman (24).
We are all professionals and two of us work from home.
We largely keep to ourselves, but we're always happy to chat and have a catch up in the living spaces!
Our combined interests are gaming, movies, music among many other things!
We are not permitted to smoke inside the house, however a couple of us
do so in the garden area.
