**DESCRIPTION**

Double Bedroom (fully furnished) available for rent in a quirky but chill and professional house with lots of personality and good energy.

The house consists of 3 private double bedrooms, with the communal areas being the living room, kitchen, a split bathroom (loo and shower are separate) and a cozy (but simple) patio.

The house is also at the end of a quiet street with minimal traffic and no neighbours to one side, which makes it an excellent place for a mature student or professional who enjoys a quiet space.

All bills are included in the monthly rent (gas, electric, internet, water & council tax).

There's plenty of street parking around, both free (nearby) and with permit (right in front of the house).

The house is located near City Road as well as Albany Road. It's also a short walk from the No. 9 bus stop, about a 20mim walk to the city centre and a 15min walk to Cardiff University.

There are plenty of supermarkets, grocers, shops, restaurants/takeaways and pubs around, so you'll never be too far from whatever you need.

As you can see in the photos, I like to paint and draw, so you'll find my art all over the house. I also have a 2 year old black cat, so being cat friendly and understanding what it's like to live with one is a must!

Aside from myself (and the cat), you'll also be sharing the house with a friendly, laidback young female professional. We're all quite friendly, and although always up to hang out or go to the pub, we like to spend time in our rooms. We are super welcoming but also considerate :)

I have lived with different people over the 6 years I've been in this house, and one thing I do insist on is personal responsibility when it comes to cleanliness, tidying up after yourself as well as mutual respect when it comes to how we treat each other, each others' things, our rooms, being considerate of quiet hours and very importantly my cat.
