2 light, airy and spacious double rooms are available. Each room is £545 per calendar month. 1 cosy single room £425 p c m. Gas central heating throughout. Utility bills included* Shared kitchen, bathroom and garden.

#1 On the first floor this room has a double bed, is the biggest bedroom, and is right next door to the shared bathroom. It has a large window with a view of the shared back garden. It is upstairs, has fast wired internet and a radiator connected to the gas central heating. A table, chair, drawers and single wardrobe is included currently with a mirror on the door (but this may be changed to a double wardrobe if you prefer).

#2 On the ground floor this room has a double bed, and French doors that open out onto the wildlife friendly shared garden. This room has a TV, good WiFi, a table, chair, drawers and a double wardrobe with a mirror on the doors and a radiator connected to the gas central heating.

#3 Smallest bedroom
Single bed, wardrobe, small desk & window gets the early morning sunrise, looking onto a small garden and the road "Heol Hir, Llanishen, Cardiff".

The bills included are: internet & WiFi, electricity, gas, water, TV license, and council tax (if applicable). Rent currently includes a light, weekly cleaning service.

We have Netflix - which you can share and watch with us in the living/ dining room. *We recommend you get your own contents insurance.

The shared kitchen has a dual electric & fan assisted oven and gas hob. Kettle, microwave and toaster. Hot water is available in the bathroom and kitchen from a Combi gas boiler. The gas boiler is serviced every year.

We have a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board available to use.

The shared bathroom contains a bath, 🛁 shower, 🚿 hand basin and toilet.🚽

You would share some spaces with others. Current inhabitants include a son & mother, here: Joseph, male language student (22), and a female part-time baker, Ruth (49). We prefer vegetarian or vegan:- food and housemates! We often cook together, are friendly but also like independence sometimes. Pets considered, if clean & calm.

This 4+ bedroom house is in Llanishen, CF14 5AD, Cardiff on the 27, 28 & 29 bus routes. Also 0.3 miles from Llanishen train station and 0.7 miles from Lisvane and Thornhill train station.

The area contains local shops, several supermarkets, parks, doctor surgeries, dental clinics, plus a primary and secondary school in close proximity, a local library hub and a leisure centre - gym & swimming pool. Also the Heath Hospital, 2 Cardiff Museum's and Central library are a bus) short walk & local train ride away.
