Hello and welcome to our advert!

We are a 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥-𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞, that prides itself on being social, homely and clean.

We are looking for a driven young professional, preferably someone who wants to live with like-minded people and build some new friendships. All the bedrooms have aerial points, but we hope to find you on the sofa!

We have a spectrum of interests in the house and hopefully, some align with yours. Let me briefly introduce the housemates:

Findlay is originally from Scotland but has lived in several places, including Australia and England, before settling in Cardiff. With a master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Findlay is a proud Scot who loves rugby, playing guitar, and mixing music. Though his gym routine has slowed down, he’s working on getting back into it. Friendly and easygoing, Findlay enjoys good company and is always up for a chat.

Maja is originally from Poland but has called the UK home for almost a decade. She enjoys spending time with friends, especially over a good meal, and is a big foodie. On weekends, Maja occasionally works as a shot girl, adding a fun element to nights out. She has a great sense of humour and values her social time.

Bailey, from the Forest of Dean works at a software company as Marketing Manager. She enjoys going to the gym, running, and cooking during the week, usually winding down by 9:30 PM. Her weekends involve a mix of relaxing at home or socialising with friends.

We’re all easygoing and keen on forming strong relationships based on mutual respect.

The room comes fully furnished with blackout blinds, dimmable lights, solid wood furniture, a built in wardrobe and a very comfy branded 4’6 double mattress. There is room to accommodate a desk, although the room does not come with one. The house also has a communal kitchen with a breakfast bar, a living room with a large smart TV, a 𝐬𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐲 𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧 and two shower rooms.

The house is in 𝐚 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, situated on Cardiff's notoriously vibrant Elm Street. It offers easy links to the M4 and is only a 𝟏𝟓 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟 𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞. We are also in the middle of some great amenities, including awesome local pubs, a 5 minute walk to Wellfield Road's fantastic restaurants/coffee shops, and a short drive or walk to Newport Road's supermarkets and high street retail.

Roadside parking is available and finding a space is rarely an issue. There is also the option of purchasing a resident's permit pass if needed.
