Room available to rent

I'm a working professional currently looking to rent out one room in my two bedroom flat. It's fully furnished, with water, gas, electricity, Internet all fully covered. I have also furnished kitchen and bathroom with basic amenities and cutlery as well.

I primarily work from home so I am looking for someone who is also a professional who preferably works outside mostly because I wouldn't want there to be any disturbance for any party during work days. I hope to be able to find someone who prefers to keep spaces clean. References are much required and I would prefer to be able to chat/meet up with the roommate before agreeing to the let. I enjoy hanging out with roommates, or giving people space whichever it is I don't mind and I understand fully!

I enjoy coffee runs, films, museums, art and hoarding books. So would definitely welcome someone to join in on an occasional pub crawl. I also cook a lot so you might get to try some food here and there too if you like!
