Bright double room

Looking for a housemate to join me in a 3 bed house on a quiet road near University Hospital of Wales.

I work as a doctor and enjoy sea swimming and hiking as well as relaxing at home. Looking for someone clean and considerate and it would be great to find someone who would also like to watch a film or cook together sometimes.

The room is a south facing double with a triple wardrobe, storage bed and desk. The house has a living/dining room, separate kitchen, bathroom and study. There is a garden and garage for bike storage. The street has permit parking.

Will consider short term and Monday to Friday lets.
