Ground Floor Flat Near Roath Park

Hi 👋 my name is Luigi. My flatmate will be moving out to live with her bf in Janurary so looking for someone to come join me :)

I'm from Denmark but have been living in Wales 15 years now. I like film, cooking and like to drink on occasion with friends. Atm am rehearsing for a play and like to edit videos in my spare time. I play drums so if you play something as well that would be dope ❤️‍🔥 (they are muted so don't worry ;)

I like to keep the house tidy and clean and I recycle. Would be great to find someone who likes doing the same. I respect my flatmates personal space and choices.

The flat itself is ground floor, Marlborough Road very close to the bottom of Roath Park. It's a 2 minute walk away from the Gym and Library. Wellfield Road and Albany Road just round the corner filled with take aways, restaurants and charity shops.

As for shopping, Tescos is a 4 min walk and Aldi if you want to save a bit is a 20 min walk. Buses to town run every 10 minutes or so from 2 minutes away.

Washing machine is also a tumbledryer.
The house is gas heating.
All Bills normally come to £200
