I am looking for a female full-time student to take over my tenancy at Zenith Student Accommodation in Cardiff. It is in a 5-bedroom flat with 4 quiet female students. The tenancy is until the middle of July. The bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom and is fully furnished with a double bed and mattress and desk with chair. The flat is very modern with a spacious kitchen and shared living area. I would like to sell off the lightly-used bedding that I have been using since September as well.
