Large double bedroom with new en suite.

Hi,

I live in a 4 bed house with my son who is 10.
We are renting out the spacious master bedroom and newly refurbished spacious en suite bathroom with shower.
The room space is the whole footprint of the house and has its own floor (2nd floor).

The room has a large fitted wardrobe, double bed, desk for study or work, chest of drawers and shelves, with 2 lamps, and also a Tv with sky multi-room.
Black out blinds on bedroom windows and sky fibre optic WiFi. It’s spacious and light and a lovely space.

The house is modern so heats up brilliantly, both the water and the heating.

The house is almost 20 years old. We have lived here for almost 11 years. Neighbours are all great. We’re at the end of a cul de sac brilliantly positioned in the North of Cardiff.

Close to green spaces, supermarkets, gyms, restaurants, takeaways, lakes, green belt rural walks, nice pubs and excellent transport whether be to the city centre or M4 or A470.

Green spaces nearby, Heath park, Roath Park, Rhiwbina Caedelyn fields, Llandaff fields.

The house comes with 2 parking spaces adjacent to the house and a visitors space one will be allocated to you which is ideal to have.

There is a train station which is a 13 minute walk away and a bus stop 5 minute walk away.

I would share my kitchen, I have a large modern Samsung wide fridge where you would have your own groceries draw and shelf. Also your own cupboard within the kitchen. I am happy to share everything within the kitchen from utensils to crockery.

Appliances are : Oven and gas hob, microwave, smoothie blender, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

We are looking for someone who is neat and tidy and could be either a mature student or working professional. Also to use Monday to Friday leaving the weekends free is preference. Sunday arrival is fine preference pm.

I would like to obtain references if you have available and also a CRB check is required by my ex wife and also for good measure.

About me:
I’m 42 and am a working professional for an insurance broker as an account executive.
Seb stays with me for 50% of the time and his mum the other 50%.
I also coach the kids football for Sebs team so that keeps me busy as well as a bit of gym, and getting outdoors in my spare time.
I enjoy healthy living and eating. I have a partner Emma who has her own house and also son the same age as Seb.

We’re looking for someone to come in from 18th December onwards and very much look forward to your further interest.
