Bills come to around £100 a month.
1 month's rent will be required in advance (£550).
Holding deposit (£100) is required prior to referencing and will be adjusted from the first month's rent.
No agency fees.
Bills not included, but are all set up by the current tenants.
Cleaner/housekeeper included in rent.

Landlord lives locally and is very quick to respond and assist with any problems. They are very understanding and helpful.
This house is a lovely property, with all the modern fixings. It is on a quieter
family street but is still within walking distance of Newport Road and the
city centre.

Being just off Splott Road, we have the post office, Co-op, cafes, takeaways and a bus stop just a two-minute walk away.
The downstairs bathroom has a "rain" shower and freestanding bath.
There is also an upstairs toilet.
There is a private garden area, perfect for catching the sun in the summer.

The available room is downstairs at the front of the house. The room includes a double bed and a wardrobe.

Current tenants:
We are two women (20 and 22) and one man (24).
We are all professionals.
We largely keep to ourselves, but we like to catch up over dinner in the evenings and are always happy to chat!
Our combined interests are netball, music, orchestra, gaming, movies, among many other things!
We do not permit smoking inside the house, however, a couple of us do in the garden area.
