On road parking, never an issue finding a space for me since I've been here and had no issues.

Looking to let the room to someone who is clean, tidy and considerate and also who loves dogs! I have a Whippet puppy so this is very important :-)

I mostly work from home, so it would probably suit someone who doesn't work from home, or maybe just does the odd day here and there at home.
