We are looking for a third flatmate to join our house from the 13th June 2024.
The house is ideally located a 10 minute walk from the Cardiff City Centre and 20 minutes to Cardiff Bay.
The room is furnished, is a large double and easily fits a desk (great if you work from home) and is reasonably priced at £485 per month plus bills.
You will be sharing a bathroom and toilet with one other flatmate. There are also two living rooms, another toilet, a decent sized kitchen and a small patio garden.
Current tenants are two friendly lads (aged 24 and 30), one works in Insurance and the other works in Finance.
