After some shuffling around and people making moves in their lives we now have 1 room available in our house-share for 575 pcm

Gas and electric are prepaid which we all put about 30 to 50 per month on each
Council Tax, Water and Internet is included

We're at the city side of Splott/Adamsdown.
10 min walk to Queen street station
2 min walk to Lidl

There's currently just the 2 of us here, Aled (27, works in theatre) Ottilie (27 works in insurance), Molly (25) and Joel (24)
We're fairly sociable and enjoy spending time together and often organise things to do as a group
This is a queer and trans household, if this is not something you are supportive of please reflect if this is the house for you.
English, Welsh and German are spoken here

The house has a large shared lounge, kitchen , bathroom and additional toilet. A reasonable sized garden and patio which gets a lot of sun in summer.
Note: some renovations will be underway later this year so it will become a 6 bed house with another shower room also being added.
Our Landlord Kate is very responsive to any issues, and may invite you to one of her amazing costume parties

We are looking for someone preferably around our ages, working from home is ok. No smokers or pets as per landlord’s request.
