Spacious 3 bedroom house in Pontcanna with front and back garden.
Looking for a person to move in with us from the end of January. We are a couple, both aged 27 and working full time, one working from home. We both enjoy watching and playing sport, having active weekends, cooking and having relaxed evenings as well as going out every once in a while. If this sounds like you- please get in touch!
House is partly furnished with shared areas such as lounge, kitchen and bathroom fully furnished. One bathroom upstairs with shower, bath and toilet, and a separate toilet and sink downstairs. Tumble drier and washing machine available.
The bedroom is not furnished but the current tenant would be open to selling his furniture (bed, mirror, desk, desk chair, bedside table).
Room fits a double bed (as photographed), a partner would be welcome to stay but room not fit for two people to move in full time.
Two parking permits available for on street parking.
Bills approx £160pp including Council Tax (band F)
