Looking for 1 person to join our house by October 1st. There may be scope to move into one of the room earlier if needed.
New folks must be comfortable with subletting and longer term lets will be prioritised as we’re hoping to build some stability into our home. Happy to consider couples & some pets!

The current housemates are Emily (she/they), Josh (he/him) Justine (she/her), Anna (she/her) and Rey (he/they). 3/4 of us are queer, neurodivergent, artists and writers, and a (mostly) vegan household, aged 26-27. We enjoy books, film nights, music and cooking together, as well as plenty of time to ourselves.

The house is located just off Cowbridge Road East near Home Bargains. There is one double room available on the 1st floor, part-furnished (bed frame and drawers).

We have a spacious but cosy communal living room with sofas, and desks. We’re often freelancing & working from home, and use this room for body doubling/co-working in the daytime. The kitchen has lots of room and a dining table, as well as a utility room and pantry. The bathroom has a shower over bath and a toilet, with an extra toilet room just next door. There’s a garden too! We currently have a nervous cat living with us so sady cannot accept other pets :(

There is parking outside with a permit and good bus links. It’s about a 20 minute walk into town and easy access into Bute Park too.
