Room to rent (4 bed spacious house)

House is just over a mile from City Centre, right on the A48 for ease of access out of Cardiff (don’t hear any traffic though other than what’s on the street but it’s pretty quiet). 5 minute walk to Roath Park, Heath Park, Whitchurch Road.

Bedroom has:
Lockable door, Double bed, desk, chair, tall chest of drawers, under bed storage, some shelves

Shared rooms are everything except for the bedrooms (obviously).

Bills (approx £150):
£33 - Water
£12 - Wi-Fi
£43.60 - Council tax
~£40 - Energy (could vary but this is current direct debit)

We are all clean and tidy, hard working, laid back and generally sound boys looking for a new housemate as last one moved out for work. We’ve all known each other for years but get on well with anyone that’s got a bit about them. Would help if you have similar interests, but we can always meet for a drink or something to talk more about that to see if your a good fit.

We all work full time 40+ hours a week. There’s pretty much always someone at the house though unless we go somewhere together as we all work slightly different times and I work from home 3 or 4 days a week.

The house is always kept clean (maybe 90% of the time as some evenings we leave a mess and tidy it the next morning) so if ur not tidy don’t bother enquiring because we are not picking up ur shit after you and we will call you out on it and just end up arguing (we never argue tho it’s a very chilled environment)

We all favour smoking now and then, instead of going out getting blotto but we do go out sometimes for a laugh.

We have a few mates that come over now and then so it’s not really the kind of house you can move into unless ur committed to having a few new friends.
