Its location provides easy access to the M4 (junction 32)/A470 and is less than a 15 min drive into the city centre. The maisonette is on a quiet street it has a drive for parking one (possibly two) cars plus lots of on road parking available (no permits required)
It’s only a 3 mins walk from the bus stops for routes 21 and 23 that go past University Hospital Wales (Birchgrove/Cross Inn stops), through Whitchurch (the New Velindre hospital) and into the city centre (Westgate Street) approx. every 30 mins during the day. Rhiwbina train station is a 15 min walk away and takes you into Queen Street station in the city centre. You can also catch bus route 27 from the Nine Giants pub (approx. 15 min walk) with frequent buses going past University Hospital Wales (Birchgrove/Cross Inn stops) into the city centre (Westgate Street) approx. every 10 mins during peak travel times
