Windsor House is a student residence with modern studios and 2-bedroom apartments. It's located on a quiet side street just around the corner of Queen Street; Sainsbury's, Spoons and coffee shops are just a short walk away and bus stops right outside your door.

The room is a classic studio, including an ensuite and kitchen (fridge with freezer, hob, combi-oven), a TV and a 3/4 bed.
It's a corner room, so you have two windows overlooking trees and the main street - the room floods with light when the sun is out, it's quite lovely.

I'm a student and the current tenant but due to unforeseen circumstances I'll have to leave before the end of my tenancy, therefore I'm looking for someone (a student) to relieve me of the agreement. The move-out date is set for 30.08.2024 - however, you can apply to extend it or rebook with the property managers if you wish to.
