Summer Tenancy Takeover - Student Studio

Hi, I’m looking for someone to takeover my tenancy from 30th March 2024, the tenancy runs until 30th August 2024. - I can be slightly flexible with the start date.
It is a studio apartment in Summit House, Cardiff fully refurbished back in November and ran by Hello Student. Located on Windsor Place, just off Queen Street high street, it is also extremely close to St David’s Shopping Centre and Cardiff University buildings.
The studio has a fully furnished kitchen including an oven, electric hob and microwave, fitted with a two seat breakfast bar. Furthermore it includes an En-suite bathroom and a television.
As part of the tenancy, you have access to all amenities in both Summit House and Windsor House, which include a gym, study spaces, laundry facilities, cinema room and a garden terrace.
Rent is £180 a week and all bills are included in this price. The full rent for the whole tenancy is required to be paid upfront.
