Fully furnished studio apartment available from September 2024 till September 2025 (51-week Contract) at a discounted rate of £179 per week. The discounted rate is due to a re-booking I made for the room. However, I can no longer commit to this due to a recent offer of a professional placement.

All financial transactions will take place through Eclipse by creating an account with them.

This accommodation is available for full-time students only.

The apartment has a double bed, kitchen (including an electric cooker, microwave, oven, and fridge) and bathroom. There is also lots of storage space available.

There is also a gym available to tenants at all times, study rooms, a karaoke room, and great Wi-Fi.

This building is 0.8 miles from Cardiff University (approximately a 15-minute walk to the Student Centre for Life) and 0.6 miles from the University of South Wales. It is also just a 10-minute walk to the City Centre!

There is also a supermarket within the residence.
