Room - 1 is double bed very specious room and will be rented £480pcm; Room - 2 is double bedroom and will be rented £450pcm; Room - 3 is single bedroom and will be rented £400; Room - 4 is a double bedroom on the ground floor and will be rented for £420. If the house rented to a group of 4 people, they will be responsible for all bills apart from council tax.
If the house is rented to a single family the monthly rent will be £1400. The family will be responsible for all the bills including council tax.
