Room in Shared House - Grangetown, Cardiff

A double room for rent in a 5 bed shared victorian terraced house in Grangetown Cardiff. Lots of local amenities and close to public transport. Walk to the centre of Cardiff within 20 minutes.

The kitchen, bathroom and lounge will be shared with 4 other tenants.

Included in the rent are all utilities (gas central heating, electricity, water and council tax), broadband and also a cleaner for the communal areas every fortnight.

The current tenants are a mixture of Female and Male and a mixture of Students and Professionals. Their preferred housemate is someone who is clean and quiet as some work from home.

The maximum number of people who can live in the house is 5, so I cannot allow any couples.

The room is furnished and there are some shared kitchen items (e. g. pans, plates etc), however, you will need your own bed linen, towels etc.
