Hi and welcome to our listing!

We are a married couple who moved to Cardiff in 2021. I am 36 and my wife is 31. I am a horticultural therapist and my wife is a master's student. We were born and raised in London and moved to Wales for work. We have a Labrador x Border Collie (Lollipop) and two beautiful cats (Cricket & Cheese). All our animals are super friendly and cuddly.

Our house is a 3-bed property with a garden and side alley. We have a large well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The room comes with a shelf in our fridge as well as plenty of storage space for food, crockery etcetera. The bathroom has a bath, and a shower. There is a garden and dining area for relaxing. The room is a private and comfortable single bedroom, in our townhouse. Our place is in a lovely, quiet location, very close to local amenities. We’re happy to share the house and will respect your privacy.

We live in a lovely neighbourhood with super friendly neighbours. The area is full of things to do and we try to make the most of it. At the minute my wife and I are taking part in a beginner's Swing Dancing course at the Chapter Arts centre which is only 5 minutes away by foot. We are close to some beautiful parks and a short drive away from some lovely beaches. By public transport, Cardiff city centre is 10 minutes away (from Ninian station) and Cardiff University is 20 minutes away. We live very close to Cardiff City Stadium (15 minute walk) so are ideally placed for match days.

The property has a single car space available (on street) as my wife and I share a car.
