The house is a lovely two bedroom home just off Newport Road. The house is fully furnished. The double room comes with a wardrobe and chest of draws. You will need to purchase the bed.

There is plenty of space in the house with a shared kitchen, bathroom, dining room, sitting room and conservatory.

There is also plenty of off road parking. The house is very homely and clean. There is a garden in the back of the house.

House viewing will start on the 22nd April.

The house is very well located just off Newport Road with great transport links including buses and trains. It is a 15 minute walk into the centre of town and there is a Tesco Metro just around the corner.

The bills are about £140 a month this includes council tax, wifi, water and electric. The room is available from the 1st June or potentially earlier.
