The other tenants are all female so a female would be prefered. They are working professionals early twenties, all very friendly, working graduates/masters students.

The room has a double bed, large IKEA wardrobe, chest, desk, bookcase etc.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, separate lounge, bathroom with shower and second toilet.

The house is kept really clean by the current tenants and so they are looking for someone who will also keep it clean.

Rent £480 all inclusive of bills including council tax, water, electric gas and fast broadband. (approx £140 pp)
