Ideal for young, outdoorsy, professional

We're a 3 bed house at the North end of Roath Lake. One of us is moving out to go travelling so we have a spare double room from the end of this calendar year

The house has :

- a large office (we both work from home. It's large enough that it could accommodate a third desk or we could rearrange the dining room to create a second office space)
-medium size garden
-close to Heath High and Heath Low train stations providing good transport to the city centre
-Driveway
-Free street parking
-Secure Garage

The property is unfurnished but some furniture from the bedroom can be left in place (saves us dismantling and transporting)
If wanted we can keep the bed, drawers, wardrobe, and shelves in place.

We're also a fairly outdoorsy house. We know each other through whitewater kayaking but also do running, hiking, cycling, and more.
Myself and the other person who would be living here are both young professionals (both 26) and work from home most days.

Bills are around £200 per month for a total of £600 per month for rent and bills.
