Luxurious room in Cardiff Bay

Hi I'm Tatenda! I am 26 years old working professional looking for a similar, like minded (male or female) to rent a spare double room in Cardiff Bay. The flat is fully furnished with a large shared-open plan kitchen and living room area and has the mostly lovely Balcon in Cardiff!! Rent is currently £500 but my assumption is that this might increase. Total Budget (including Bills) between £750 - £780, dependent on energy consumption.

We are close to shops, restaurants, a gym, a train station and only 20 minute walk to the city centre.

I am tidy, sociable roommate who enjoys spending time with friends, but also I like my own company with a book or game. My interest include gym, cricket, rugby and golf. There is one parking space available and visitor's parking pass.

Move in date 3rd of June.
