Hey everybody! I'm Jamie and I work in tech/software.

I have a spacious, double room in a beautiful townhouse 10 mins walk to town and Mermaid Quay. It's a quiet area and central to all amenities! It's a really convenient location :) There is also a dedicated parking space :)

The house comes with central heating and a variety of smart home devices, such as a smart thermostat, smart lights, motion sensor + light (so you can see where you're walking in the middle of the night!), smart fire alarm alarms

All bills included:
- Electric and gas
- Water
- Internet
- Council Tax (Band E)

- Close to Lidl, Co-Op and Spar.
- High speed internet.

The double room offered:
- Fully furnished
- Mounted 55" television with Netflix, Disney+ etc
- Google Nest Mini
- Desk and chair

The communal areas:
- Large living room (65" TV, PS5, large corner sofa),
- Large well-equipped kitchen (including air fryer and panini maker),
- A lovely bathroom that has recently been renovated (walk-in shower, free-standing bath etc)
- A downstairs toilet
- Hoover, steam cleaner

There is a large patio at the front of the house, and also a small garden at the back with a bike shed.

There is also a dedicated parking space at the rear of the house too.

I currently live alone, so it would just be you and myself living in this three-storey house.

I'm Jamie, 35, work in tech in a hybrid/remote setup.

I'm into socialising, sports, gigs, video games, tech, travelling and alllllll the food 🌮 I tend to do BBQs when the weather is nice 😀

I love a good series!

I'm really relaxed and down to earth so looking for the same :) I'm super easy to live with. I enjoy heading out to see friends as much as nights in with takeaway and Netflix!

This house would be perfect for a professional who wants to be close to town and the Bay, and to come back to after a long day.

The garden gets the sun during the day so when it's sunny and warm it's the perfect place to work from your laptop with a cold drink :)
