The home: Off Clifton street, quiet home, the bathroom is downstairs and will be shared with just one other person as the rooms upstairs have ensuite bathrooms.

What's included: Water, Council Tax and internet. Gas and electricity are also included, subject to fair usage.

There is on street parking which will require a permit from the council

It is a quiet house, really nice existing tenants who are all working professionals.
