Room to rent as part of a multiple occupancy house

Double room for rent as part of a multiple occupancy house in Roath (Cardiff). I am unable to continue myself with the tenancy due to personal reasons, so am looking for female tenant to replace myself. The house share will be with two other female students who are both very friendly and outgoing. They are both studying in Cardiff Met University. The lease starts from 1st of July, with half the rent being paid, then full rent from August. There is a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.
