Premium Studio At Lumis Students Accomendation

I’m looking for someone to rent my room. It’s a premium studio, in a student accommodation called the Lumis , with a private bathroom and a private kitchen.

I’m sure that you will like the accommodation since you can meet lots of people and enjoy the social life here, there’s a cinema room, study room, gym and dining room.

The location is perfect, around 5 minutes walking to the centre and the closest co-op is literally less than 1 minutes walking. As well as USW university 3 minutes walking.

It’s 155£ per week including the bills, which is good price compared to the facilities and the location, the size of the room is perfect as I couldn’t find another accommodation with this price and this size of rooms.

The security system is a great and theirs is 24h security , the accommodation team are so friendly.

The accommodation quite and nice, it’s perfect for studying.
