Lodger(s) wanted

There is a double room available now. Will try to get some photographs up soon.

Currently it's part-furnished, last housemate taking things with them. Happy to get more stuff in for the right person, or to let you bring in your own.

Current existing housemates are both in work, one usually away all week in London, or working out of the UK, and the second younger housemate is studying and working in central Cardiff.

Lots of privacy and space.
Large Back Garden (needs some work for the summer).
On-street Parking.

Looking for a laid back, quiet and troublefree atmosphere. Currently we're like ships in the night - such a clean and quiet house.

Prefer no animals and non-smoking, but flexible.
