Two Rooms in Unique City Road property

We have two lovely rooms available in a 4 bed flat in the heart of Roath. The rooms comprise of a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. We have been living in the property for two years and will be keeping the lease but alas two flew the nest this year and we are in need of a new roommate from 1/7/24

We have a spacious open plan living room and kitchen, a large balcony which is amazing in the summer months, and 2 bathrooms.

We are a a pair of guys who are working professionals. We value our down time but also like to spend time with each other and we are looking for someone who wants to be involved.
