Lovely room available in quiet household bills inc

I'm looking to rent out a bedroom in my home. It's a 3 bed house with a good size garden, lounge and separate dining room. There are three toilets so the spare room will come with your own separate toilet and sink but we will share the main bathroom shower as there is only one shower/bath.
The house is close to the Heath hospital and the shops of Whitchurch Road are a couple minutes walk away. There's easy transport into the city centre, or it can be walked in 35 - 40 mins.
I'm easy going and chatty. I work 9-5, often from home. I have a little dog called Fox who is a very sweet and happy little chap. I enjoy cooking, binging netflix and eating out or going to gigs on a weekend.
Looking for a housemate who is friendly, tidy and respectful.
