I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Lumis Student Living. Only available to Students.

It will be available from 30th of May until 31st of August.
It is 146£ per week, all bills included. It is a 3 Bed cluster with own bathroom and shared kitchen.

The accomodation has many facilities such as game rooms, study rooms, karaoke and gym. It is also only 3 minutes away from USW, and 5 minutes away from the city centre. The accomodation is located in Tyndall street, which means is also close to Cardiff Bay, at a 15 minutes walk.
