Ensuite Double in Beautiful 3 Bed house Penylan

We are looking for a lovely new housemate for our 3 bed terrace in penylan. The house has been recently renovated to a high standard. It has a modern kitchen/diner, an office and a lounge and 3 bedrooms upstairs. You would have the back bedroom and have your own small ensuite with shower and toilet.

The room is available from the end of November as my lovely housemate Laura is taking the next step and found a place of her own. I’m hoping to find someone I (Mel) will get on with well and who is looking for more of a home feel than a house share. There is no minimum or maximum period you can stay, so it’s very flexible.

Mel is into all things sport, love running, cycle to work and walking. I’m quite creative too, like eating out and regularly use 6 pans to create delicious meals.

Amelia is a civil engineer, always up for a nice chat, has a love/hate relationship with running and likes CrossFit.

We are looking for a lovely third housemate who will treat our house as a home and with respect. That said we are not neat freaks, but do keep the place fairly clean and tidy. There is a cleaning rota. We ideally want someone who wants to get involved with us and socialise a bit!
